New CRO is breaking the culture with 6 month plans and extremely low commission plan for high performers - Not reccomended

Moved to a 6 month quota which nobody likes, also commission caps were put in place. Solid solution and Dynatrace still pays well, lots of management changes. Would have a cautious eye on this.
