my over experience has been good. The team are extremely welcoming and collaborative. However KPIs between SDR and cross-functions are not aligned and could be better. Benefits are not competitive at all.

Pros: - Amazing work-life balance - Above average market pay, high base is nice - Can start as an enterprise SDR with no experience then springboard to another company Cons: - Leadership for the SDR org was very poor, commissions and even base paychecks were being missed with no heads up or transparency - Poor training program and overall little professional...Read More
