Overall experience at Elastic has been very good. Many benefits and perks for employees. Mid-level leadership may vary across sectors and regions, but has been a net positive. SLT are focused on moving the platform into the future.

Good company overall, but are lacking clear sales strategy and focus due to many options for the end-customer leading towards unstructured deals.

commercial division is in deep trouble, after a few phenomenal years it turned into a micromanaging hell, many reps in commercial are looking at $3, $4 or even $5 mil ACV numbers - multiple times higher than enterprise. completely insane and the worst sales position i've had in 20 years, some teams are looking at 100% yoy turnover
