commercial division is in deep trouble, after a few phenomenal years it turned into a micromanaging hell, many reps in commercial are looking at $3, $4 or even $5 mil ACV numbers - multiple times higher than enterprise. completely insane and the worst sales position i've had in 20 years, some teams are looking at 100% yoy turnover

The company as a whole is on a good mission but some layers of management were not communicating things properly/ideally.. and that ultimately led to my departure. Hope things can change soon

Great product, disconnect between PM team and sales team which makes sales harder. Not many in sales leadership have sold the product so think there's also a gap in understanding what great PG looks like and what it takes to get a deal across the line. That said great product for security and search and the opportunity to win large transformational deals. Good...Read More
