New team selling to strategic customer accounts. Very little support, not alot of training and the customers in the territory were not strategic.

Ridiculous earning potential, I made club in Y1 and took home north of $350k in my first year. However I left shortly after as despite earning more than I had ever done before, I was probably at my most unhappy in a job ever. You are regularly forecasting up to 3 times a day to various people.
