Elastic overlaps with many of the vendors in the Search, Observability, and Security space. There’s also the common challenge of competing against the Open Source license, creating lack of compelling event and confusion.

This place has gotten toxic. I have never experienced leadership that micromanages to THIS level. This year (FY25) is going very well. Everyone is hitting quota from working regular hours. Some patches better than others though.
