Elastic on the west coast has horribly inexperienced leadership. On the East great leadership. In general our board doesn’t understand product fit for enterprise and mid market is where we play best.

My overall experience was not good. They keep chopping the team and introducing/testing new GTM strategies every quarter. All of a sudden the targets would also be raised without any notice and too in the mid of a financial year! Pathetic experience

My overall experience has been good during the initial 2 works but it's not good currently from the start of current FY due to current leadership team in my region and frequent changes in structure combining to less commissions.
