The sales organization has undergone a large shift it's the GTM motion. All territories have changed, new segments have been created, some segments have collapsed, and comp plans have changed. With this amount of change, it's a rebuilding & adjusting year as leadership evaluates the changes they made.

Overall my experience was good - there was a change in the Sales lead and a lot of people left. However I left because of a better opportunity elsewhere. It was more of a pull factor than push factor.
