Current Employee3.9Aug 7, 2025Phenomenal sales organization. Culture is supportive, collaborative, great training, with many very tenured people wanting to help and guide the newer people. The systems are a bit much, many tools that you do not even know about and are constantly being changed or removed. Things can also take long internally if you do not create a sense of urgency.

Generally customers tend to switch and come back, back and forth as this is industry standard. Many un-controlables so it creates a tense environment where management cannot be direct with certain goals or quotas....Read More

Current Employee4.0Jul 23, 2025I work in the Custom Critical division. The culture is much better compared to other companies in the logistics industry. Plenty of opportunities to move across divisions. Ops/Support teams are excellent.
