Current Employee There’s a lot to admire about Figma. The product is exceptional, and the product-market fit speaks for itself. That said, the Enterprise sales org is in complete disarray. While recent product launches are strong, they’re being bundled into existing subscriptions, which limits new commercial opportunities as everyone in the market is using Figma.
Morale across the Enterprise segment is notably low. There's great people pushing for meaningful change, but it often feels like leadership is either disconnected or unmotivated to address these concerns. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend joining the sales org at Figma. Browse Other Reviews
