I would not recommend joining the Enterprise segment at this time. People are miserable, no one is hitting, the business is making every new product including in existing seat types, so nothing new to sell. Leadership shifts their priorities weekly - the whiplash is exhausting. They offer spiffs with no financial compensation - you get "figma swag." Really a bad place to be in enterprise sales.

I have grown tremendously here at Figma, and continue to be grateful for the opportunity at hand. Figma has a wonderful culture and runway with a strong product development team backing the sales team's efforts!

New leaders have come in and added a sense of direction that was badly needed. Quote attainment and opportunities to make good money are limited.
