Overall I loved the team, culture and product. The top performers in 2023 for North America was between 70-81.5% Turnover is pretty high, relatively. Career path is there, but 18 months is unlikely. Hyper growth with constant directional changes, both for better and for worse. I personally enjoyed my time at Freshworks and would recommend the role to anyone that has aspirations to become an AE in a fast growing org.

We have had a very low % of reps hitting quota but after a few RIFs and GTM re-alignments this year is starting to look better outlook for the reps but it's a brutal battle for reps to get there.

Great product. Pockets of brilliance. Impossible quotas (5% or less of Account Executives hit their number). Many middle-Managers are looking out for their own interests, at the expense of the company's success.
