Company is moving from a startup to a scale up/ enterprise . They have hired a lot of management from big companies such as Salesforce , SAP etc most of whom don’t understand the DNA or fabric of the company what got us to here and make changes for the sake of it without logic disturbing the culture and has set us back

horrid, i would rather work for anyone else, the highest attaining rep hit 54% for the year. 65% of the team finished below 10% and we were told 'the system is perfect, you guys just aren't executing.'
