Current Employee Pros:
- The leadership team and founders are mission-driven and genuinely believe in the long-term value of the product.
- Massive potential in the data space if things align.
- Smart, passionate colleagues who want to win.
Cons:
- Product-market fit is still evolving, which makes it challenging to consistently close enterprise deals.
- Incentive structure doesn’t adequately reward the complexity of our sales cycles.
- Significant internal changes over the past 1.5yrs from reorgs to shifting priorities which has created instability and made it hard to build pipeline or forecast accurately.
- Sales enablement and HR are largely disconnected from what’s needed in the field.
