How's the diversity on the executive team?

Was improving when I left. My division was striving to add more women to the sales team. Unfortunately it was challenging due to the male-dominated sales team of former jocks.

I would say the executive team is a direct reflection of most Gartner offices across North America - little to no diversity.

Of the 13 executive team members, 2 are women. This is reflective of women representation across the org. The culture supports white males.

Unlike most of the responses here I actually believe this company is taking major strides in diversity and inclusion - unlike other orgs I've worked at. The heritage Gartner crew is definitely dominated by caucasion males, but the newer business units and new hires are very diverse. My area vp and MVP are both female, and my team includes several different ethnicities. Basically - could it be better? yes. But, they are making concerted efforts and is truly a priority.

Terrible. There's SOME diversity on the frontlines, but close to NONE in management and upwards. They're TRYING to fix it with a new VP D&I which is exciting, I'm excited to see what comes of that.

Taking the right steps and heading in the right direction.  There seemed to be room for improvement, but they definitely don't have their "head in the sand".
