Great to begin your career and get exposure to a variety of C-Level executives. Technology insights are also great to increase your business acumen and discuss complex technology topics. However, the culture has declined over the past few years with the previous year in the midsize segment falling off significantly. Revenue in sales is falling and there's become a constant PIP and fire routine for sellers. It seems that nearly a quarter of all staff are on their way out. If you're a new seller, still a great opportunity. If you're tenured, I might find something else. Only the top 20% are meeting or exceeding quota. Mixed bag overall; not sure what I'd recommend to you. Check what the stock is doing to decide for yourself.

Amazing launchpad for the tech industry. They know how to train their salespeople. Culture is "micro-managey" - which is to be expected for large org training inexperienced reps out of college. But it gets old as you progress.

If you don’t get a good territory, you’re stuck and will never hit quota. Company is incredibly AI-pilled. Endless internal meetings and an insistence on “the process.” Everyone on my team was miserable.
