It can be an incredibly seasonal job with may/June and september/November being incredibly busy, and the rest of the year being quiet. Most of the training I consider valuable, I received it from more senior peers, not management/leadership. There is an overall positive atmosphere but the market is tough and it is incredibly challenging to sell a luxury product in a challenging market.

Great company overall, with amazing training, onboarding and support. HT MSE which is predominantly new college grads, really struggles in the new economy given the high ticket price and long term ambiguity of Gartners ROI. The compensation package is compared to others, and job promotions are typically only reserved for those who hit winners circle (club).
