You learn a lot working in this company from new business to existing. Also very regulated onboarding and training process which is great for people looking to upscale their sales careers. However, the culture is extremely toxic with micromanaging to treating us like children. VP level management is incredibly weak and completely unnecessary as they just promote those who are their favourites. Clear favouritism and poor behaviour from them.

Great experience. Company is a sales machine and you really learn what works. Likewise, while there isn't a ton of inbound lead flow (maybe 1 opportunity per quarter), but people know the Gartner brand, so outreach to generate or capture interest is usually pretty straightforward. Solid development Aggressive commission structure Great product Brilliant brand recognition Lower base and ote but targets are quite generous Tools and technology is a bit outdated depending what team you’re in.
