The best thing about working here in the name recognition for the resume. Peoples experiences widely different, some people perform while others struggle even with the same acumen. Culture is going significantly downhill, middle management sucks, not enough positions to promote people and they will find any reason to not promote you. Prepare to be in the program for 1.5-2 years, not 1-1.5 how they advertise it.

Horrible experience if you are a BDE and work in the Dallas office. Leadership is an absolute mess. As a matter of fact, there is no leadership, only managers who think they are good at what they do because they hit goals as INDIVIDUAL producers, but obviously cannot lead or coach anyone. Stay away from this company.
