Gartner is a very old school company. The tenure is very high here, a good portion of reps, managers, VPs have only worked at Gartner. Therefore they have not been exposed to other management styles, technologies, and cultures. Everything is scripted and you will be overtaught the basics. Good experience so far and offers straightforward ways of getting promotions/raises on a yearly basis. Offer support for internal upward mobility and encourage it.
