Just keep squeezing your client for more! Gartner's value prop has not changed in forever, but they want the clients to spend more and more. Also, there's a big question, from clients and internally. What is the relevance of canned research in the world of GenAI? Its good resume builder, nothing else.

My time at the organization was OK. I was put on PIP twice for missing MONTHLY numbers, despite surpassing quarterly and annual quotas. It seems as if you didn't "drink the Gartner coolade", you were not wanted. Leadership was mostly long-time Gartner folk who had gotten quite fat and happy.
