Overall experience - Great people and product. Horrible culture (which was a shock because they are known for their culture). Management are over extended across multiple teams, they do not follow their own (outdated) handbook and HR are breaking HR laws all over the place. So sad, expected better based on their very open handbook. I have watched so many high performing sales people be put on ridiculous PIP's instead of layoffs. I suspect their advertised culture was pre-IPO. I stay in touch with folks and 100% of them are miserable and not hitting quota.
