This company lost product-market fit as a result of the AI boom and being poorly positioned in it. Leadership was slow to respond, and there has been recent turnover. A lot of new reps there. Still a good product with a great install base, but not particularly top of mind in the world of AI. As an all-remote company, there are also a fair number of people who don't really do anything.
