The company products are unbelievable and customers are so happy, but it’s hard to crack through into new accounts in the sector I work in. Inbound lead floor is minimal, but referral/word-of-mouth is huge especially if worked the right way

GitLab as an employer is really outstanding! I‘ve never worked in a company before where the culture is That solution driven as well as respectful with each other. Don’t need to mention how awesome the product is and the benefits are outstanding as well.

There has been a lot of leadership changes and turnover in the last year which has created a lot of disruption. Some of the changes have been for the better and I believe in the CEO's overall vision. The question remains whether or not he can deliver on the vision with the team he has in place which, for the most part, are lackluster.
