There has been a lot of leadership changes and turnover in the last year which has created a lot of disruption. Some of the changes have been for the better and I believe in the CEO's overall vision. The question remains whether or not he can deliver on the vision with the team he has in place which, for the most part, are lackluster.

Overall experience had been really positive. Change in market conditions means gitlab has had to adapt as well but this has been handled well by the company and leadership.
