New management team explicitly telling reps to “sell futures” which is not a good sign. 2-3 major product versions have missed the mark on AI. Product vision is getting better, but constantly feels 3yrs too late. Reps get penalized for churn, but don’t get paid on renewals, which makes quota essentially 20-30% inflated.

Current Employee4.3Oct 26, 2023New Sales leadership is throwing things off. Mid-Market plays both Account Manager and Net-New logo role which is annoying. Overall really solid company but they give us a lot of work they should pass renewals to Account Management
