The culture is quickly declining with little opportunity for growth and advancement, even as a top performer. AE’s are leaving the company at an alarming rate but are only being replaced with outside hires leaving no room for internal promotions.

This company lost product-market fit as a result of the AI boom and being poorly positioned in it. Leadership was slow to respond, and there has been recent turnover. A lot of new reps there.
