Overall experience had been really positive. Change in market conditions means gitlab has had to adapt as well but this has been handled well by the company and leadership. Not everything has been figured out but Gitlab is making big steps in the right direction. From leadership to product market fit. There is a ton of opportunity for career growth as well as in market.

Great culture and sales enablement teams yet quotas are unattainable. Individuals are going to club finishing under plan. Just ridiculous.

GitLab as an employer is really outstanding! I‘ve never worked in a company before where the culture is That solution driven as well as respectful with each other. Don’t need to mention how awesome the product is and the benefits are outstanding as well.
