Upper Leadership does not care about employees, no consistency over the quarters, targets are non achievable with current set-up and there is no career path within the company to move up (external hiring preferred).

Biggest compliment I can give GitLab is that if you're someone that does the right things, the resources exist to help you succeed. There are flaws in every company and sales org, but as long as leadership continues to reward and enable people that are learning and focused on getting better, it's a great place to be.

They pushed me out after my father passed away. After working there for over 3 years. Leadership was evil. Not sure if that’s changed or not.
