I have worked here for 6 years, and the company is not going in the best direction. Sales incentive structures are constantly changed in order to make you less money for the same amount of work, processes have become slow and beaurocratic, and we are becoming quickly consumed by Microsoft. It is an amazing product, but the sales team is extremely political, and leadership plays clear favorites for who gets the most support and best accounts. Benefits at this company are a huge plus, in addition to our stock options with MSFT.

Not the greatest experience here. You’re doing more account management than anything. The benefits are amazing though.

Quota attainment is still very reasonable. However there has been shifting priorities as products that are paid for by usage and on a rolling basis have become a larger part of the business.
