Great individual people. Rising pressure from Microsoft and challenges with transition to metered business have made current quotas nearly unattainable. Love the people and love the product.

Getting a promotion here is incredibly difficult despite being a high performer. Every team works differently and rules don't apply evenly. Very tough but it's indeed an incredible company.

Culture and product is great. Not that many people hit quota. Still a great place to work with a great work/life balance and great benefits. Are we Microsoft now?

Great product but very inexperienced leadership and unrealistic quotas. Most of the leadership has never led anywhere else and it shows. Terrible SFDC data and inequities in accounts and lead flow.
