Great time to be at a great company. Competition exists, but Gong is clearly the best solution on the market and the actual tangible value so many of our customers get is amazing.

Overall I’ve had a great experience. Gong is a very fast paced and challenging sales role but the company provides reps with opportunities to excel. Leadership is extremely bought in to reps success and will always go the extra mile to provide coaching to those who ask. There is a decent amount of attrition as it’s not for everybody.
