Current Employee Overall I’ve had a great experience. Gong is a very fast paced and challenging sales role but the company provides reps with opportunities to excel. Leadership is extremely bought in to reps success and will always go the extra mile to provide coaching to those who ask. There is a decent amount of attrition as it’s not for everybody.
The product itself is incredible, with a very exciting roadmap.
Performance in the account executive roles are largely based off how well you can prospect. AEs Self source majority of their business.
Pay could be better considering the very level of talent, but comp is solid and most people actually hit Quota.
