Current Employee From what used to be going great its going down. The sales culture is cut throat and toxic with management having 0 understand, 0 empathy, and 0 leadership skills. The targets are constantly being increased and far far away from reality. If you're looking for a proper sales job where you want to learn, be part of the team, this is not a place for you.
