No base increase but did give us more kickers if we hit our number so I guess it’s did increase a little. Quote went up over 10% again and our capacity went lower. Feels like the only way to win deals is if the prospects don't know any better/are unaware of other solutions. Uphill battle. Pros: being remote is great and leadership is great - they're doing their best with what we have. Hubspot has moved beyond its prime.
