Very transactional if you are in Small Business, AEs are given a 1-year ramp but targets jump up significantly as months progress. This leads to a lot of AEs churning within 1 year.

In the contract management department, the role itself is hyper specific to managing renewals and contract disputes that arise. The metrics are extremely fair and the department is full of wonderful people.
