Former Employee Uneven overall experience. It was very difficult to find proper leadership or peer support during ramp-up. My manager was on PTO for about 60% of my time there and delegated responsibilities to an unprepared peer which, apparently, is common in that environment. They tend to burn through 20 candidates to keep 5 or fewer, all competing internally for the BDR path.
