Good product and good product vision from exec. But sales org creates too much noise for reps and dilutes product market fit/positioning by chasing revenue at all costs/not having an ICP.

Great culture at hubspot and the product has a strong market fit. The work life balance is good even if the compensation is a little less competitive to other orgs. Overall my experience with Hubspot has been great and recommend it over any other SaaS company I’ve worked at.
