Current Employee Terrible culture. All you are is a number to leadership. Everyone only looks out for themselves. Revolving door of reps because lack of genuine support helping get new reps up to speed and if a rep is one of the few that does well, they leave because of lack of emotional connection to their team and the wider org. Culture isn’t something you can fake.
