High-pressure, unstable environment with unrealistic quotas and shifting targets. Leadership is disconnected, plays favorites, and protects a small group of tenured reps while the rest face micromanagement and blame. Lead distribution is poor, attainment is low, and the culture is churn-and-burn draining morale and mental health. For a company that is very innovative. The internal processes to be successful in this role are god awful. Nothing is scalable. Be prepared to do mass data entry, mass account sourcing with terrible filtering options. Picture looking for a needle in a stack of needles.
