High performance focused company. KPI and metric driven. Greatly rewarded for business impact, commission structure is uncapped and there are accelerators. It's a very fast paced environment so you do need to look after yourself outside of work to keep up with the demand but there is massive investment in new hire training and onboarding.

Over hiring leading to less to go around. Need to work on segmentation and moving up market if they want to succeed longer term. Feels like we’re going that direction and things will change in 2026 but time will tell until something is done. Good people still
