Only caveat: their BDR onboarding is heavily catered to the mid market segment. Would be nice to separate the new hires based on the segment they will be working.

It's a very fast paced environment so you do need to look after yourself outside of work to keep up with the demand but there is massive investment in new hire training and onboarding.
