Current Employee Great company if you are hitting quota but awful environment if your struggling to hit targets. A lot of micromanaging, stress and fear for your job. They ask you to do a ton of additional non-revenue activities and wonder why you aren’t making your numbers. It’s been stated before but if your on PIP start looking at another role Current Employee Great. Learning every day to become better than the day before
