Former Employee My overall experience was good, it did get more difficult for me as a woman the senior I got. Got exposed to more senior directors/execs who were not happy to help, backhanded racist comments, always ready to bring one’s morale down for the slightest mistake. No onboarding is provided so you need to make your own network and find someone willing to mentor you, which is minimal as everyone’s busy and focused which is fair. Takes a toll on the mental health as a female PoC.
