Back to ReviewsFormer Employee - A manager is definitely a "corporate man". Does not help at all. Quick to call out what you've done wrong but will cry about any criticism. Has no answers for anything, its always "let me find that out" "let me ask"
- 1 of 12 reps will hit quota per month and EVERYONE is on high alert and worried if they will be let go next
- Leadership will pull reports and try to explain the best way to cold call or sell but only 5%-10% of 70ish AEs actually hit the annual quota last year
- Management/Leadership only cares about themselves
- Company is in a really bad spot
- SDRs are getting qualified meetings for meetings that are "expected" to close a month or 2 out but they never actually close. AEs quota is monthly vs quarterly.
