At this point LaunchDarkly is a very well known trusted name in the feature management space working with some of the largest & fastest growing companies in the US The growth team has great leadership and opportunities for development and to hit your number. There are so many resources and support you’d have access to in this role to make your life and sales cycles easier. As far as compensation goes, they have a very competitive comp plan with a plethora of opportunities for other spiffs throughout the year

Been at LD for about a year now. Joined as part of the new wave of GTM leadership. Company has always had a stellar product, and is now getting really good at its GTM function from top to bottom.
