Former Employee3.0Nov 17, 2025Not a sales company. 75% of pay was based on quota the other 25% was based on subjective “soft” bonus that your manager decides. Business applications are a hard sell as salesforce and other ERPs are stronger fit. Very tech focused culture/ not a sales culture.
