Former Employee Microsoft is starting to lose its Luster and is not considered on the bleeding edge anymore, but it was a great place to work all around the world as I worked in seven different countries, but Microsoft Canada in particular was very old school a bit of a boys club full of cleeks everyone rubbing each other‘s back to get ahead. Microsoft Canada didn’t want to do anything bleeding edge different or transformative, just quickly get to your number and move on. And for a company that sells remote software, you had to be in the office, lots of old school managers who would like to see their kingdom in front of them. That will die off eventually.
