Current Employee Not a lot of inbound leads. Most organizations are 90% of the way through a sales cycle before they reach out to us.
NICE has the worst internal tech stack for the sales team. Nothing for AEs to use to help with prospecting.
You must have a PhD to understand the compensation structure. It's very hard to understand how to structure a deal to ensure you are getting paid how you should.
Great product, but just wouldn't recommend unless you are willing to sit in a seat for a long time before you really start making money. Browse Other Reviews
