Current Employee3.9Jun 27, 2025Targets keep increasing 30% every year with a smaller territory. Lot of new reps joined over last 12 months and lot of new sales policy came in effect. I doubt even 20% will hit target next year. I foresee lot of experienced and good sales rep leaving in next 12 months. Already lot of experienced AMs left in last 12 months due to too many changes.
